Taylor is a compassionate and dedicated Marriage and Family Therapist

with extensive experience supporting individuals, couples, and families

through various life challenges. With a strong foundation in grief and

bereavement, Taylor previously worked at Hospice of The North Coast, where

they provided therapeutic support to individuals and families navigating the

emotional complexities of loss.

Taylor holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology - San Diego and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Through years of education and clinical experience, she has developed a deep understanding of mental health, relational dynamics, and the healing process.

Taylor takes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from several theoretical frameworks, including Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Bowenian Family Systems Theory. She is particularly skilled in utilizing mindfulness techniques to help clients develop greater self-awareness and emotional regulation. As a trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) provider, Taylor is equipped to support clients in processing trauma and overcoming emotional blocks, allowing them to move forward with clarity and resilience. She also works to help couples navigating challenges in their relationships through a Gottman approach.
